Welcome to Digital Sound & Video Inc (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, websites, platforms, or engaging in any business with us, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
Digital Sound & Video Inc offers production services including, but not limited to:

• Radio imaging and commercial production

• Podcast production

• Video production

• Voice talent services

• Photography and media production services

We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.
2. Use of Services

• You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• You may not use our services for any purpose that infringes on intellectual property rights, promotes harmful content, or violates third-party agreements.

3. Payment & Billing

• All services are billed according to the terms set forth in project agreements, estimates, or invoices.

• Payments are due as specified in the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Late payments may incur interest and/or result in suspension of services until the account is current.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content, media, and materials created by Digital Sound & Video Inc remain the property of the Company until full payment is received.

• Upon payment in full, ownership of final deliverables (excluding any stock materials, music licenses, or third-party assets) transfers to the client.

• The Company retains the right to display completed projects in portfolios, marketing materials, and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information, materials, and approvals necessary to complete projects.

• Delays caused by the client may result in adjusted delivery timelines and/or additional costs.

6. Revisions & Approvals

• Each project includes a set number of revisions as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.

• Client approval of deliverables constitutes acceptance of the final product. Once approved, no further changes will be made without additional fees.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

• Project cancellations must be submitted in writing.

• Deposits are non-refundable. If a project is canceled after work has begun, the client is responsible for all costs incurred up to the cancellation date.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Digital Sound & Video Inc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.

9. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality and agree not to disclose sensitive information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
10. Third-Party Content & Licensing

• Some projects may include stock assets, licensed music, or third-party materials. The Company will secure appropriate usage rights, but clients are responsible for compliance with license terms.

• Digital Sound & Video Inc is not liable for misuse of third-party content provided by the client.

11. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if a client:

• Violates these Terms & Conditions,

• Engages in unlawful activities, or

• Fails to make payment as agreed.

12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts located in Volusia County, Florida.
13. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
